EJ44 Rubber Metal Pipe Connector can be installed near pumps,compressors,regulators,valves and machines to eliminate noise transmission and to absorb small vibration occurance in ppelines. Allowable temperature - 20oC + 110 oC.

structure:

Cylindrical rubber body with vulcanized flange to the flange holes. The rubber-metal-pipe connector is self-sealing, so that no additional seals required.

Applications:

Residential buildings installations, hospitals and schools, and water heating systems, hot water area, also used for mild acids and alkalis in the construction industry.

InstaIIation Notes:

stable pipeline fixed points and proper pipeline are required to absorb axial forces.The rubber-metal pipes are installed free of tension.

The mounting length should be 70 mm, do not load on train, twist or bend position.

The installation should be in an easily accessible location where maintenance and inspection of the system is easy to do.

Additional seals are not required, since rubber protrudes at the sealing surface.Mounting with DIN 933 Hexagon screws and washers.

keep the joint away from heat sources such as welding machines or sun-light.

Do not assemble the joint directly in touch with rubber surface or other fittings.
